I will guide you and teach you...

It's almost funny to look at MI, NC and now FL! As most of you know God guided us back to FL to live while on deputation. It has been good. As of this week we should be up to 40% of our needed financial support. These last few months in Florida have proved to be very fruitful. We have been able to develop some closer relationships with people we love. I am serving at Northbay Church locally here in FL and Erica is working at CBCS in Fort Walton Beach FL. This has been a great time of preparation and learning to trust God. The boys are doing well in school and our calender for this month is full to share the needs in the Dominican. So thank you for reading and thank you Lord for guiding and teaching us your ways.

We praise God for His faithfulness! The change He has made to our plans is we are not in Michigan any more! God opened up a place a little more permanent in North Carolina. We have almost set up the house and are transitioning mail, insurance, tags etc... to N. Carolina. Thank You for your financial support and prayers. We are scheduled to share our burden for the Dominican people in Indiana in February but outside of that we are looking to the Lord to meet basic needs. Erica has started homeschooling the boys! She is doing a great job. Jason is spending this month support raising and looking for options in case he needs regular work to pay the bills. God has led us here and we are so excited as we wait to see what He has to teach us here. We have visited some churches and watched as God has opened up doors to speak with men here whom He may use to get us connected to the community. Thanks for visiting the blog and we look forward to what February will bring!

Southside pulled out all the stops and unloaded gifts during
their annual missions conference. The staff and
gracious people their made us feel loved and
welcomed. They encouraged us greatly and we
look forward to working with them in the future.
My family will never forget thier sacrifice as we
pursue reaching people in the Dominican Republic
for Christ.

Praise God. Within a few short weeks of making our need know God opened up a place for us to live while we share Gods' burden for the Dominican people! We will be living in Michigan until May/June 09 so the boys can finish school, Erica can keep the same orthodontist and we can make some new friends. Thanks so much to those of you whom prayed. We are looking to the Lord for our provision to sustain us in this time. So this would be the next big area we are asking that you would pray with us over! Can't wait to see how God is going to answer this one!

Currently we are seeking guidence from the Lord as to where to live while we raise support. Please pray God would provide what He wants for us as we seek to partner with churches and individuals to reach Dominicans with the Gospel by planting Churches in the Dominican Republic.
